The village of Elk Rapids is located between East Grand Traverse Bay and Elk Lake. River Street is Elk Rapids’ main street and offers a variety of shopping and dining. There is plenty of activities to do with many people enjoying boating, beaches, fishing, and other water sports. It is also connected to the 75 mile, 14 lake Chain of Lakes watershed. Be sure to visit the Walk of Art park for a beautiful jaunt through a wooded trail with outdoor sculptures along the natural shoreline of Lake Michigan.
