Douglas is one of several Southwest Michigan communities included on the Lake Michigan Circle Tour.

Known as the “Village of Friendliness since 1870”, Douglas offers a diversified variety of art galleries and fine dining. Neighborhoods are filled with 19th century homes that reflect the history of this little town.  A walk along the Bayou to Beach Trail will take the adventurer to the Douglas Beach on Lake Michigan providing a small, secluded beach to enjoy.
